Named storms, heavy rain, wind, and tidal conditions can change plans quickly. A pre-storm visit can document the readily visible condition of agreed areas and identify obvious items that deserve the owner’s attention. When conditions are safe and access is available, a post-storm visit can provide a current visual record.
Reports may include photos and video of accessible exterior areas, visible roof condition from approved viewpoints or drone video when separately arranged, standing water, debris, docks, lifts, doors, windows, and other items included in the property checklist.
