Scheduling a plumber, HVAC technician, electrician, cleaner, or other contractor can be difficult when you live hours from your coastal property. Steele Coastal Management can coordinate access and provide an agreed on-site presence for owner-approved providers.
The owner selects and authorizes the contractor. We help confirm timing, facilitate access under the agreed plan, document the visit when appropriate, and communicate what was observed. This keeps decisions with you while reducing the need for an unnecessary trip.
Coordination may include
- Scheduling support with an owner-approved contractor
- Opening and securing agreed access points
- On-site arrival or departure confirmation
- Photos or video of visible completed work
- Direct communication when a decision is required
Clear limits and accountability
Contractor coordination does not include selecting, supervising, warranting, or professionally evaluating a contractor’s work. The scope and access instructions are agreed in advance so everyone understands the role.
