Crystal Coast boat watch

Dockside confidence between your visits.

Consistent visual checks and current documentation for boats kept at an approved residential dock or lift.

A current view

Know how your boat looks while you are away.

Coastal wind, changing water, salt exposure, and storms can affect a boat and its dock between owner visits. Steele Coastal Management follows an agreed dockside route and records the readily visible condition found that day.

Boat watch is observational and customized to accessible areas. It is not mechanical servicing, surveying, security, or a substitute for a qualified marine professional. When something looks different, you receive direct notice and useful images so you can decide what should happen next.

Agreed checks may include

  • Lines, fenders, canvas, and visible exterior condition
  • Shore power and other agreed visual indicators
  • Dock, lift, and surrounding access areas
  • Photos from consistent viewpoints
  • Video updates when useful

Home and boat together

Owners with a residence and boat at the same property can combine the two into one customized service scope. The route, access, frequency, and reporting expectations are documented before service begins.
