Services and pricing
Service availability, scope, visit frequency, and pricing are determined case by case based on the property, location, access requirements, and written service agreement. This website does not provide binding quotes.
Inspection limitations
Home-watch and boat-watch visits are visual, non-technical observations of accessible areas. They are not substitutes for licensed home, marine, engineering, environmental, insurance, or code inspections. Steele Coastal Management recommends qualified specialists when technical evaluation is needed.
Intellectual property
The Steele Coastal Management name, logo, copy, graphics, and related materials may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
